Olivia's new friend!

Brady, who is technically Olivia's uncle, is SO much fun.  Olivia has been quite interested in Brady on our last few visits to Mawmaw's, but once I put her on the floor she just couldn't stop screaming and laughing.  She would scream when he walked by, when someone would pet him, or if he would come near her.

New Toys

With new talents come new toys.  Momma ordered this baby some new toys and drug out some toys we already had from Aunt Catherine to play with today. She LOVES her ball ramp and can not chew on her blocks long enough!

Good Eater

Olivia has really begun to enjoy eating.  (Just like her Momma!) She knows what "more" means and gets SO excited when she is ready for more.  Her current favorites are squash, sweet potatoes, and sweet peas.  Shockingly, she is not a huge fan of fruits.

Sitting up!

I can officially say that Olivia is sitting up.  Now don't get me wrong, she still falls over...A LOT...but she thinks she is big stuff sitting up and playing with anything she can get her hands on.

Pool Bum

Olivia had her first official swim in the pool.  She LOVES the water and I can't wait for summer to actually ARRIVE so it's hot enough to really spend more time in the water.  We had lunch at the pool, played some, swam a bit, then took a little nap.  A FUN time was had by all.

7 Month Birthday!

It's been a busy month! Momma celebrated her first Mother's Day and Olivia has even more fun talents!  She plays peek a boo with her bib when she takes a break from nursing.  She loves to chase Momma around the house with Daddy.  Her jumparoo continues to be her favorite contraption.  Reaching for things over her head seems to keep her busy no matter where she is chillin'.  She has had her first visit to the pool, but we haven't been IN the water yet.  Olivia LOVES Kindermusik! She enjoys the music and LOVES watching her friends too.  She also loves her sippy cup.  The solids are going pretty well.  Peas and Sweet Potatoes are a couple of Olivia's favorites.  We have a new shipment of foods arriving tomorrow so the next couple of weeks will be full of new tastes for O.
